Marketing Representative

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Regional Marketing Specialist will effectively identify leads and potential customers; cultivate business relationships with customers and community to grow Complete Care’s brand.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness.
  • Primarily responsible for the referral development activity associated with given facilities and/or geographic region.
  • Participates in community events, school functions, and other activities that would benefit Complete Cares brand.
  • Works closely with our clinical teams, local schools, physicians, and business and community leaders.
  • Organizes the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports.
  • Provide ongoing customer insights, market trends, and competitive date to marketing team.
  • Generate leads and drive volume.
  • Act as a point person for inside and outside teams.
  • Work closely with marketing team to create marketing strategies.
  • Attend trade shows and events to market services.
  • Prepare status reports on marketing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent, quality interactions with customers.
  • Continuously update and validate understanding of customers’ changing clinical and/or operational issues and challenges.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Full time during the week with daily travel within the defined territory along with some weekend and evening work.
  • High degree of accuracy, time management, organization and communication skills are needed.
  • Maintain ethical relationships with staff, patients, patient families, and leaders in the community.
  • Multitasking with the ability to change gears at a moment’s notice.
  • Basic social media and digital advertising is a plus.
  • Strong public speaking skills along with the discipline to strive daily to improve our companies’ performance standards.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education level preferred.
  • 1 year of previous experience preferably in the medical field.
  • Strong communication skills is a must.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual.
  • Proven, effective time management, expense reporting and prioritization skills.
  • Must be willing to travel locally on a daily basis.
